As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions.

Duties:
- Design and create floral arrangements for funerals.
weddings, events, and everyday occasions - Select flowers, plants, and other materials needed for arrangements - Arrange flowers in aesthetically pleasing designs, considering color combinations, textures, and shapes - Ensure that all arrangements are fresh, visually appealing, and meet customer specifications and store standards - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and offering recommendations - Maintain inventory of floral supplies and ensure that the work area is clean and organized - Collaborate with the team to develop new floral designs and stay updated on industry trends
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Floral Designer or in a similar role is preferred - Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage - Creativity and artistic ability to design unique and visually appealing arrangements - Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms for online sales is a plus - Experience in retail sales or customer service is a must - Basic knowledge of landscape maintenance is desirable - Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers If you have a passion for flowers and enjoy creating stunning arrangements, we would love to hear from you.
